Never know before that exercise is very easy..sebelum ni ingat bila kata exercise tu kena lari2, gi gym...rupa2nya dlm rumah pun boleh exercise...

Currently, below is my favourite exercise...nmpk cam jalan2 je..try it and you'll out of sweat...
45m = 3 miles..
