Herbalife Loss Weight Challenge - Week 3

Ish..kejap je dah minggu ke-3..
Alhamdulillah, I never regret decision that I make 3 weeks ago..in fact sangat2 bersyukur...
Klu tak mungkin berat skang ni +- 65kg dah.....

Hasil tidak mkn nasi last week - I've lost another 1.6kg..so, berat terkini 56.1kg...weehoo.....
and lost a few cm 
Another 6.1kg to go..... :)
