~ Meal Diary - 2nd Week

Jumlah penurunan minggu lepas = 1.1kg..
This week kena lagi strict sbb dah masuk minggu kedua...maknanya tinggal 3 minggu je lagi challenge ni....

8.30 - Breakfast HL Shake
9.30 - 1pm - 2 ltr teamix + 1 ltr plain water
1pm - lunch (sayur+ikan+nasi sikit)
1.30pm - 6pm -2 plain water
7 pm - Dinner HL Shake
7-8pm - 1 ltr teamix

Total: 6 ltr
Exercise: 45minutes aerobic

9.30 - 1pm - 2 ltr teamix
1pm - lunch (sayur only)
2pm - 4pm - 2 ltr teamix
4pm - 7pm - 2 ltr teamix + Snack (1 biji sunkist)
