~ Progress Updates...

Updates for last week....nmpknya progress adalah sedikit ke laut...hehehe..mungkin nasi yg diambil terlebih dan kurang exercise....total penurunan 800g je.......so total 5 minggu bersama herbalife, loss 5.1kg.....
Target awal dah tercapai..when I sign up this program..niat dpt turun 5kg pun jadilah..sbb masa tu setiap kali naik atas penimbang asyik bertambah je angka2....

Alhamdulillah, latest weight = 55.3kg....best sangat sbb a few office wear yg dah sethn simpan..boleh pakai balik...horee...
So, this week is the last week for the challenge....Hmm..harapan agak tipis sbb yg lepas2 winner semua lost 7kg ke atas...cuma masih berharap....this batch pesaing tak kuat sangat...hehehee

Memandangkan ini minggu yang terakhir, so, I decide to be more serious.....so, no nasi for this week...

~ Nugget Anyone?

Mission accomplished....
Berjaya buat nugget semalam....senang je rupanya....rasa pun dah nak mcm nugget McD...hehehe...

Pagi buat as breakfast...mmg laku la..siap kena tgu yg dlm kuali masak..angkat je habis...
then ada lebih skit lagi, goreng utk tea time la..so, kita postpone dulu nak buat meat+veggie minis tu....

 1. Ayam + garam + black & white pepper + oregano powder

 2. Food Processor takde, jadi kita pki blendder sudah...

 3. Bahan utk salut - telur + tpg gandum yg ditambah garam dan white pepper

 4. Selepas diblend

 5. Celup telur, tepung trs goreng....


Ni lak masak utk lunch..Sweet sour chicken

 Steam kan sayur siap2. masuk dalam mangkuk

Dah masak ayam ni, tuang dalam mangkuk berisi sayur tadi...so, sayur tak la overcook...

Last..budak yg menyibuk tgk ibu masak dan jadi org pertama merasa makanan.....

































 

~ Have you had your shake today??




Best ada portable shaker ni..pki bateri...senang nak bawak gi opis ke..balik kpg ker...travel ker...as easy as 1,2,3...klu buat yg chocolate jer pki ni sbb susah nak larut...klu capuchino, pki shaker cup herbalife jer....

Skang ni Adam nak buat air milo pun nak pki benda alah ni....
Saper nak jugak..boleh gi terjah JAPAN HOME CENTRE...RM8.90 sajer....

~ Amalan Menabung

Alhamdulillah, every end of year memang kami akan masukkan duit syiling yang telah dikumpul selama setahun...average adala dlm 3++...

Thn lepas dah upgrade tabung..beli yg botol susu giant tu....Anak2 pun kami ajar, klu ada/jumpa duit syiling, masuk dlm tabung..Adam mmg excited tiap kali nak masukkan duit dalam tabung. Teringat dulu kecik2 ada tabung nuri bank rakyat....pastu lawan ngan along ngan ira...tabung saper penuh dulu...hehehe...

So, after 1 year, akhirnya penuh la tabung botol susu tu....so, tadi dah antar gi bank...best jugak kerja kat sini...keliling opis ada bank...semua walking distance....mostly semua jenis bank ada...tabung haji je takde...
Kedai nak shopping pun banyak...tu yg poket cepat kering..hehehehe....

Total simpanan td 3++ jugak...nampaknya every year lebih kurang sama banyak je....hopefully thn 2013 ni ada improvement.... :)

~ Homemade Nugget + Turkey & Veggie Meatloaf Minis

My kids love to eat. Adam can eat adult portion...So, klu beli mmg kena beli 2 set. 1 utk Adam, 1 lagi Aqil + Aqif...
Dulu Aqil ngan Aqif tak makan banyak..but since dah bagi vitamin about 2 mths now..dah nmpk ada improvement...

Klu balik dr daycare, normally around 8pm, sampai rumah je..Adam akan ty..."ibu, ada makanan tak?"
So, now mmg tapau siap2 dr opis kecuali hari2 rasa rajin nak masak.....

So, klu cuti...budak2 bgn pagi around 8pm...biasanya I will fry nugget atau masak roti telur for breakfast...then dlm kul 10am dah start msk untuk lunch...

Esok cuti, so I plan nak try new recipe...asyik duk tgk blog resepi jer....betul2 menduga iman... :) Yum..Yum....

Lps dah tau serba sedikit on calories intake ni...jadi calory consious skit..mesti pikir sblm mkn....hehehe..
and the best is I share this interest with my sis..and she told me on a TV Program kat Food Channel...'Hungry Girl.' Chef dlm program ni introduce a recipe with less calories from the original recipes..
So, you still can have burger, cakes and fries but healthy way...

Nak tgk tv tu..mmg takde can la kan....so, I've google and found the website of Hungry Girl.
Yg lagi best, each recipe akan mention total calories and ada comparison to original recipe...

~ Shopping @ Cassa Fashion

Last Thursday sempat jengah ke Cassa Fashion..Since kdi ni dkt jek ngan tpt client..and pegi pun tumpang client...gi masa lunch hour 1 jam..mmg tak dan pilih sangat la..

Niat asal hanyalah utk tgk jenis material..since masing2 tak penah beli kat kdi ni..takut kang best2 order alih2 yg sampai cam hampeh....

Dgn niat yg suci murni pegilah kami cari kedai ni...dkt jek dgn JJ/AEON Bukit Raja... bila dah sampai...omak ai...bestnya kedai ni..tu pun yg display tak sampai separuh apa yg ada dkt website...material tidak mengecewakan....berbaloi dgn harganya....hehehe..

My advise is better dah ada list apa yg nak dibeli..dah sampai bg code, then nnt tgk sendiri live ok ke tak??..
Cam aritu pegi bodo2 je...mmg tak byk sgtla yg berkenan di mata dan padan di badan.. :)

Klu pegi beli walk-in kat kdi..beli 5 lai cukup...klu order online, kena beli 8 lai...apalah sangat kan..kumpul la ngan kengkawan...aritu..kami ber-3 kongsi cukupkan 5 lai...

Jadi..telah pun membeli 2 lai ni...

Herbalife Loss Weight Challenge - Week 3

Ish..kejap je dah minggu ke-3..
Alhamdulillah, I never regret decision that I make 3 weeks ago..in fact sangat2 bersyukur...
Klu tak mungkin berat skang ni +- 65kg dah.....

Hasil tidak mkn nasi last week - I've lost another 1.6kg..so, berat terkini 56.1kg...weehoo.....
and lost a few cm 
Another 6.1kg to go..... :)

~ Mari Amalkan Gaya Hidup Sihat

Weekend di thn baru dimulakan dengan hidup sihat...
Berjogging di Kelab Komuniti Cyberjaya..
This is our 2nd time here....tpt ni cantik..ada tasik..ada pplayground yang besar....
Tapi ada satu benda yg fail..in fact sgt2 fail...takde public toilet yang sempurna!!!!!
Dah la kawasan ni besar...ada 2 toilet je..satu kat parking area..satu lagi dkt2 playground...boleh pulak 1 toilet takde air...kotor giler..mcm sethn tak basuh....satu lagi kunci....maybe ada yg lain yg kami tak jumpa dan tak tahu...nasib baikla boleh thn sampai balik umah....

Aperpun, really enjoy..budak2 pun happy...next nak gi jogging kat mana pulak ek...

 Nampak tak slide yg tinggi ni...sbb nak jaga budak2 ni nak panjat smpi atas..so, I pun join skali turun slide ni..gayat jugakla..

~ Weight Loss Challenge


Ok..you all tak salah baca....hehehe...I've enrolled myself in Weight Loss Challenge with HERBALIFE....!!!!
Lps seminggu menanam azam dan bertekad utk dapatkan kembali weight masa awal2 kahwin....I've join this program..

Semuanya secara kebetulan..Masa tu time balik kerja singgah GIANT KINRARA sorang2...nak beli apa tah masa tu tak igt dah...so, ada orang approach untuk buat free body analysis..Since mmg tgh dalam usaha untuk nak kurus..so, I pun agree..lagipun sorang2..klu bawak askar2..for sure terus jalan laju2..hehehe..

Lps timbang semua tu...I've been told that fat sangat tinggi..37% camtu rasanya...and my metabolic age is 50....sedangkan actual age belum pun 30....huhuhu..rasa sangat sedih....oh..lagi satu part yg sedih is berat terus bertambah lagi walaupun sudah cuba untuk kurangkan makan dan tak ambik nasi lemak for breakfast and tak makan malam for almost 2 weeks....

So, lps they brief me on the product and program, tanpa berfikir panjang...trs sign borang....sbb I read a few blog that have join this program dan berjaya..so, klu diorang boleh...saya pun mesti boleh...lps diet sendiri tapi tak berjaya, so rasanya I need a personal couch to guide me the right way to diet....dan yang pasti aim nak menang ok...

1st Prize: RM1000
2nd Prize: RM500
3rd Proze: RM250

Since program ini mendapat tajaan dan sokongan my hubby, so, I've promised him that I gonna to win...InsyaAllah....

Later will update more on the progress..minggu ni adalah minggu ke-3 bersama HERBALIFE....
Sudah mula nampak no 5+ pada penimbang...bye2 6+......

~ Back 2 School

Entry yang sangat ketinggalan...
ok..thn ni Adam - 6yrs, while Aqil & Aqif - 4yrs...
So, we've decided to move Aqil & Aqif to the same place as Adam..
Thn ni I need to focus a bit more on Adam..sbb thn depan dah darjah 1......have to make sure at least Adam dah boleh membaca...sekarang ni alhamdulillah 2 suku kata Adam dah boleh baca...but still depends on moods..time dia nak baca ok, klu dia kata tak mo..then tak payah la nak paksa2....
But, since we set rules boleh main games (PC) atau tgk ultraman on youtube only after baca buku...now, hari2 dah baca buku...looks like the tricks really work....
