~ Lost 5kg in 2 Months

No Exercise....

No Pills....


No Surgery...

It's wonderful when all 3 are sleeping..... 

When you have to take care 3 boys...24hrs, 7 days a week...hehehe


Habis je pantangkan Aqil ngan Aqif, berat cuma turun 8kg je..which is from 63kg tu 55kg...tak mencapai sasaran..my target is 50kg..sama cam time abis pantang adam..dpt 50kg tapi cuma bertahan sekejap je sbb pastu makan tak ingat...heheheh...my weight range usually around 53kg camtu..
This time dpt 55kg je..frust sangat masa gi first post-natal checkup tu..tapi nak buat camna..asyik lapar je..maybe faktor breastfeed twins...tu yg mkn pun berganda2..(ok tak alasan ni?)..so, mls dah nak kesah sbb mmg tak daya nak diet2 ni...kang kurang lak susu...
Sampaila 7th Jan lepas, time bawak Aqif gi E&T test..sementara menunggu giliran, dlm bilik tu ada penimbang digital..terdetik kat hati..berapa la agaknya berat skang ni dah lama tak timbang...sekali naik kat penimbang tu, kluar 50.2kg kat screen tu..ish..hati dah berbunga2 dah..tapi cam tak caya ni...dah lama gila tak capai berat tu..selang 2 hari lps tu, gi umah kwn..check lak kat penimbang umah dia..wah..samalah...50kg..mmg teruja sesangat...
Fikir balik, itulah berkat jaga anak dan rumahtangga sendiri...Dalam 2mths jadi WAHM ni, tanpa sedar dpt turunkan berat skali..hehehe..kali ni nak cuba kekalkan berat 50kg ni...
