To keep track on my progress, my personal couch ask me to write down my daily meal...so, nanti dia boleh review and comment and suggest for any do's and don't..

Ni utk 1st week..the challenge start this week officially.....

7th Jan 2012

8.30 - Breakfast HL Shake
9.30 - 1pm - 2 ltr teamix
1pm - lunch (will update photo later)
1.30pm - 5pm -2 ltr teamix
6pm -7pm - 1 ltr teamix
7.30pm - Dinner HL Shake

Total: 5 ltr
Exercise: 20minutes cycling

8th Jan 2012

8.30 - Breakfast HL Shake
9.30 - 1pm - 2 ltr teamix
1pm - lunch (will update photo later)
1.30pm - 5pm -2 ltr teamix
7.30pm - Dinner HL Shake

Total: 4 ltr
Exercise: 20minutes cycling

9.30 - 12.30pm - 2 ltr teamix + 500ml plain water
12.30pm - lunch - 4 biji fishball(ambik dr sup)
2pm - 4.30pm -2 ltr teamix
4.30pm - 6.30pm - 2 ltr teamix + 500ml plain water
8pm - Dinner HL Shake

Total: 7 ltr
Exercise: NO
